Brighten the bay

For Maureen Wren, 9th September 1942 - 17th May 2000 x

Brighten the bay

The gerberas brighten the bay window space, like your vivid yellow that brightened all your atmospheres On all your journeys

and resting times

Twenty years of pictures New ones continue to transmit your life a smiling life, a soul that loved Respect for others and who they were,

High on some healthy, kind agenda I miss you mum ‘Have a pint with dad’ you said the evening before you died

I did a few days later

The gerberas brighten the bay
